Guéliz, the practical district
Guéliz is Marrakech’s new town, built during the protectorate with wide avenues. It is home to the Majorelle Garden, Avenue Mohammed V, the central market and many restaurants.
There is more parking than in the medina and direct access to the motorway, which makes it a great starting point for day trips.
Where to park in Guéliz
Shopping streets have paid spaces watched by attendants. Underground car parks are safer for longer stays. For the Majorelle Garden, its dedicated car park is the most convenient.
